Campus Development Under Wartime Constraints: Resilience, Energy Autonomy and Accelerated Delivery
KEY Group is currently supporting the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE) in the development and delivery of its university campus in Kyiv, Ukraine. This session will discuss the project which is being delivered under conditions that are unusual for European university estates: an active war, energy infrastructure disruption, significant uncertainty, accelerated delivery requirements and the need to maintain continuity of education.
