The European Universities Estates Congress is the first event of its kind in Europe, dedicated to the transformation of university campuses across the continent. Bringing together senior leaders responsible for real estate, facilities management and campus development, the conference offers two days of thought leadership, knowledge exchange and strategic discussion. While each university and country brings its own context, the challenges we face are remarkably similar – from sustainability and space utilisation to student experience and digital integration. This congress creates a unique space to connect, collaborate and discover solutions that transcend borders.

The Call for Presentations is now open!  We are inviting sector leaders to share ideas, insights and innovations shaping the future of university campuses across Europe.

The Call for Presentations welcomes submissions including case studies, post-occupancy evaluations and student experience. We are seeking relevant, engaging presentations that represent the collective voice from across the sector and align with the themes outlined below.
