Matthieu Bourdon

Matthieu Bourdon is an architect and engineer who has worked since 2010 as a Project Manager on public-sector construction projects, overseeing the delivery of new-build and major refurbishment projects for higher education institutions.

His experience covers research laboratories, teaching facilities, offices, student accommodation and dining facilities, including projects in listed heritage buildings and occupied environments.

Since 2022, he has been leading the construction of the Sorbonne University Innovation Hub, a 15,000 m² facility designed to host start-ups and innovative companies on Sorbonne University's Jussieu campus in central Paris.

The project, designed by Bjarke Ingels Group (Copenhagen) in collaboration with OFF/OXO (Paris), is scheduled to open at the end of 2026.
