Samantha Hall

Dr Samantha Hall is Principal Director and co-founder of Campus Intuition, a higher education design-research consultancy working with universities across Australia, the UK and Europe. Campus Intuition's flagship tool, the Campus Experience Index, has now been run at over 50 campuses globally.  Sam and her team have pioneered methods for converting student feedback into tangible planning decisions, helping estates teams move from assumption to evidence.

Sam holds an MSc in Environmental Science, a PhD in sustainable cities and buildings, and a post-doctorate in evidence-based decision-making. It was through that research that she identified a consistent gap in how universities gather and interpret user experience data and how it rarely that data drives meaningful change in existing buildings. Campus Intuition was built to close that gap.
