Hosted at the European Universities Estates Congress 2026

A new initiative this year has been introduced at Education Estates® - the Leaders in Estates Programme - and we'd like to extend that invitation to our overseas attendees at the European Universities Estates Congress.

The Leaders in Estates Programme (LIEP) has been created to support senior public sector estates professionals in attending the events. Designed as an invitation-only initiative, the programme brings together leaders responsible for shaping and managing the university campus, offering a valuable opportunity to gain insight, share experiences and build meaningful connections with peers across the sector.

We recognise that travel and accommodation costs can sometimes make attendance difficult to justify. Through the LIEP programme, invited delegates will receive a complimentary hotel room during the event. Delegates will also benefit from full access to the European Universities Estates CongressEducation Estates® and EdTech UK. Simply arrange your travel to Manchester and we will take care of the rest.

Places on the programme are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Participation is by invitation only, with one place available per organisation.

Who It's For

Participation is limited to those holding positions within universities such as:

  • Director of Real Estate
  • Chief Operating Officer
  • Chief Financial Officer
  • Head of Capital Projects
  • Strategic Asset Manager

The programme is designed specifically for leaders shaping capital strategy, real estate transformation and long-term asset performance within their organisations.
