The European Universities Estates Congress is an exciting new event, to be held on 26-27 February 2025 at RAI Amsterdam, in collaboration with the University Design Forum.

The European Universities Estates Congress is concentrated on higher education and aims to bring estates and facilities professionals together from across Europe to inspire, share best practice and discuss approaches to common challenges.

The Congress comprises a biennial conference and exhibition.  It will be free to attend for all those directly employed in universities from across Europe, the UK and the rest of the world. A delegate fee will apply for private sector delegates. The exhibition will be free for all to attend.

The Call for Presentations will be open in June.  We're looking for experts to talk about recent projects that will inspire attendees. 

We aim to demonstrate the full design process, hearing from those involved in designing the concept through to the end user.

The Organiser

The Congress is organised by Step Connect², organisers of Education Estates®, the leading learning environments event in the UK, held in partnership with the Department for Education.  Step Connect² also organises three more nationally focused education events; Learning Places Scotland in partnership with the Scottish Government, Education Buildings Wales in partnership with the Welsh Government and Education Buildings Ireland in partnership with the Government of Ireland, as well as several conferences that focus on key areas of interest for the sector.
