Mirjam Pfenninger

Mirjam Pfenninger is a lecturer at the ZHAW Institute of Facility Management, where she focuses on service innovation and design. She holds an MBA in Service Innovation and Design (Laurea UAS, Finland) and a degree in Facility Management (ZHAW). As co-founder of IN.flow Facilitation GmbH (2017–2022), she supported organisations in navigating change and innovation processes.
