Inka Kaskela

Dr. Inka Kaskela is a workplace change specialist at the University of Helsinki. Specialized in co-creation and user-driven development, she focuses on supporting the development and use of community-centered and functional learning and working environments across university campuses. She holds a PhD from Aalto University, where her foundational research focused on the defining the elements of co-working spaces.
